My legal role as the officiant is to officiate the ceremony and complete the Texas marriage license with the couple.

Texas State Requirements Below
Texas Does Not Require Witnesses at The Ceremony.
​
You Must have a Texas Marriage License 3 DAYS before the Ceremony!
The 3-day waiting period can only be waived if pre-marital counseling is taken and provided to the county or Military and provided to the county.
* We Offer Over 100 Sample Customizable Scripts For Every Type Of Ceremony. *

A 50% Non-Refundable Retainer is required with a signed contract to confirm the date.
The REMAINDER is due 5 days before the ceremony.
If booked within less than 30 days 100% Retainer is due to hold the date.
UNDERSTAND until the deposit is received your date is not secured on the calendar.
If the ceremony is canceled due to NO fault of the Officiant the retainer will be held.
Travel fees may apply if the ceremony location is outside of a 20-mile radius (and or) 30 minuets travel time and the travel fee will be $1/mile or $30 flat fee.

Marriage Certificate Filing
​
You can file your marriage license yourself and can get copies immediately if you do.
--OR--
Our staff can file the marriage license on your behalf if it is more convenient for you.
​
Keep in mind it can take 2-4 weeks for you to receive your license back from the clerk’s office.
