Convenient & Reliable Here For All Your Notary Needs

Mobile Notary Public
A mobile notary is a notary public who travels to meet clients / customers in person to perform a variety of notarial acts. Notaries are responsible for verifying the identities of signers, witnessing signatures, and administering oaths or affirmations, depending on the jurisdiction's regulations. Mobile notaries offer the convenience of meeting clients at their preferred location, such as homes, coffee shops, senior centers, business offices, hospitals, or any other mutually agreed upon location. This service is particularly useful for individuals or businesses that require documents to be notarized but cannot easily travel to a traditional notary's office.
Loan Signing Agent
A loan signing agent is a notary public who has experience and training in handling loan documents. A signing agent should not be confused with a mortgage loan closer or closing agent. Signing agents are notaries public, who usually have experience and/or training concerning the proper execution of loan documents and are hired by mortgage companies, escrow companies, title companies, and signing services to identify loan documents, obtain the necessary signatures, and in some cases deliver the documents to the borrower. A signing agent is an impartial party to the transaction and must adhere to the notary laws of their state or jurisdiction.
